Note: Autocratic bosses and ass lickers

In addition to the fact that ass licking is not that particularly
Sympathetic, it can not be said to differ much from other human
Behaviours. We have all our peculiarities, and so it′s just a
Matter of dealing with it. For example, when it comes to ass
Lickers, say nothing to them that you don't want the managers to
Know, like planned union actions.

The problem is bosses who rewards ass licking and uses it to
Divide and rule, in order to take full control of the production,
Which always is the goal for a power drunk and omnipotent boss.


Remember, an ass licker is always closer to the boss than the
Colleagues, and thus the first strikebreaker.
