Final Dictvm Songtext

Next song is final dictvm which is
The other song the record that was not written, uhm
From Ricky to start off with, uhm
This song was written by Tim scold

As you can probably tell very, very different for us
Obviously, we′ve included you know the industrial vibe into our songs
For a very long time, but have never gone as far as
As having a full song be that style, uhm

Very exciting for us because you know
This is a direction that we've wanted to go
And it′s just, it's just never got to that point yet
I mean you can tell that, that was going to you know

You hear songs like sick from the melt
Or synthetic love and that's just where it′s headed
But you know we′ve never ventured out into doing a song
That was entirely industrial, uhm, styles so

I was working with Tim and he's working on
He was working on his next record, his next solo record
And he had played me a bunch of stuff that he wrote for it
And I picked out this song, I was like

Oh, this is, that′s the coolest song for sure like it's super rad
I love that track, and he′s like, oh, really
This is actually probably not going to make the record
I was like what? Like are you, are you fucking serious?

Like this is the best, it's my favorite one
He′s like, well, maybe, I wouldn't mind
Letting you, uhm, let me work on it and have for you guys
I was like really, that's i kind of couldn′t, I was super shocked

And like obviously very anxious to want, to want
To make that happen because, you know like
Like we did with the everybody sells cocaine song i just
There′s different things that I, I wanted to do

To make it a little bit more our style and or not
Even our style, but just to include like a personal
Personal touch on it, and, uhm, yeah, he was like cool
So we worked, we, we ended up working together on it

And including, you know we changed the course around
We changed some other little things here
And there from how he had originally had it to make
It be a little bit more like I said have a personal touch

And, uhm, yeah, just agreed on everything that we did to it
And then it came time for me to write a lot of words
I, I took what his original lyrics were for the verses
And, uhm, went off of that because, the you know

The chorus no longer worked with what he had originally done
So I, I took off, I went off lyrically what he had
For the verses and this is the only song
On the record that really touches on anything

Religious, uhm, I won't get into it just, just read it
Uhm, yeah, it′s just a great track that was worked on between Tim and myself
And which always seem to be my favorite songs that I do
Uhm, lost, you know, lost is another perfect one

Like I said, my favorite song on the record me and Tim worked on it
A lot of my favorite songs on Infamous are the ones that Tim and I worked on
Uhm, so, yeah, it's just, it′s super industrial super, super different for us
Not super different, but more like in a further pushed, uhm, direction

And of course, Tim sings on it, I wasn't gonna, I wasn′t gonna not
Have Tim sing on a song that he had originally wrote
And, and clearly sounds amazing, and really, you know, contributes a different level
To the song that I could have done myself

And I, I think the last cool part about this song
Is that, Ghost actually screams in this one (I was gonna say that)
Yeah, well, ghost and Ricky scream in this one
The, the screaming in the chorus is Ricky and Ghost

I wanted them to, to have a part in the song
Just I, I don't know, more like I thought, I thought it right
And they were they came to the studio to do gang vocals
With everybody and, uhm

While they were there, I had them do that
So that's all Ghost screaming for the first time in our band
And, uhm, yeah, I think that′s all to talk about for that one
