I dreamed a beautiful pond
With flowers all around
Her face reflected on
Between the gloomy clouds

I dreamed the nights of love
As moonlight shone upon her
I wished to never awake
No tears on my shoulders


Now the dream is gone
Those flowers faded away
Without her all is lost
Shattered in a winter day

And it feels like
The last day

When the shadows fall
Alone, memories fray
It seems to be at hand
