In spring of youth
It was my lot
To haunt of the wide world a spot
The which I could not love the less
So lovely was the loneliness
Of a wild lake
With black rock bound
And the tall pines
That towered around
But when the Night
Had thrown her pall
Upon that spot As upon all
And the mystic wind
Went by murmuring in melody
Then
Then I would awake
To the terror of the lone lake
Oh star′s silver
Countenance
May you be the humble
Witness of that night
The only that relates on the lake
Of our memories

In vain I pray
The hours to linger
Night: Be slower
Why so suddenly


While you're crying out you′re doomed
I laugh at my judgement
Deafening Melody
Smothering Refrain
I screech on my own

Every grains of this stone
Each mineral shine
Of this mountain full of night
By itself, formed your world
Wounds hide on your spine
Behold the end of your cowardice
Poor tremulous delight
Disgraced, Haunted
