Mother Nature Songtext
von Albert Jones

Mother Nature Songtext

Mother Nature made the rabbit
Taught him how to dig a hole down in the ground
So that he′d have a place to run to
Whenever his enemies came around

Mother Nature made the bees
Taught them how to make all kinds of sweet honey
Then God told Mother Nature
To make you for me, yeah

Mother Nature made the birds
Then come across wings
Ah, taught 'em how to fly, fly, fly, fly
Made the clouds to bring us rain
So that the world won′t get too dry, dry, dry, dry

Mother Nature made the air
So that we would have somethin' to breathe
Then I believe that God told Mother Nature
To make you for me, yeah, yeah

Mother Nature made the water
So that we could have somethin' nice to drink,
Drink, drink, drink, drink
Takes pollution from our minds
Just to give us a little more room to think,
Think, think, think, think

Mother Nature gave us love, love, love, love, love, love
So that we would have something to share
And then I think that God must′ve told Mother Nature
Just how much I really care
Thank goodness, Mother Nature
She made you for me, yeah, yeah
Thank goodness, Mother Nature
She made you for me, yeah, yeah
