A gruesome scene, but we just can't look away
Act out of fear, who′s our next enemy
Seeking words of wisdom from a mouth spewing hate
We found our voices laced with animosity
Hide behind the mask of self righteous dignity
Consumed by misery

Why do we lack compassion and unity
Have we learned nothing at all
