Shadows arise on our final morning
To bleed us of our sight
Our ears struck deaf by the contagion
Swarming to usher in the night
Insidious is this corruption
And piercing as a blade
Despoiling all that falls before it
And leaving a garden where the dead are laid

Rivers run dry
The plague begins
His robes unfurling, the morbid reaper grins
Smoke fills the sky
Bishop takes king
As rapture falters
And falls to suffering

From the crest
To the earth
Look upon
A sundered creation


As ghosts of dawn
Breathe dying air
And senseless, wander
Into the creature′s lair
The sceptre and the crown
Fall on unheeding ground
Subjugate life to despair

The tapestries of our grand illusion
Now hanging in disgrace

I, the scion of a desolate sun
When the ash blots out the sky
I, the figure that in judgment will sit
And proclaim the end as nigh

Death is struck, and nature quakes
As the end times come upon us
And the stone of ages breaks
Quid sum miser, tunc dicturus

Fall Wail
In your halls of pestilence and greed
Kneel Pray
To your gods of law and deceit
Draw knives
Across your silver tongues
Repent
