Suffocating Sight goes back into what the earlier sections of this record was about
It tackles even more specifically things that I felt
When we first started touring
When I first started being around in this band
I remember even being in school, too
I had, it wasn′t diagnosed social anxiety disorder

But I remember fans were
We're definitely saying, "Man, that guy is not friendly"
Speaking about me
And at the time, I used to be terrified to go out
And see anyone that I would know
Even in school
And so, when our band first started doing decently
And we had the opportunity to meet fans
It kinda scared me


And at the time, I was going through having acne
And feeling like I didn′t know how I wanted to look
Or present myself, or speak to people
And it was, it was crippling
And it really affected me negatively

And this song was about what was going on with me, before we started touring
And it's something I thankfully have been able to get over and get through
Maybe it's from writing a music, maybe it′s from being thrown into the deep end
And having to be constantly around people and new people, and now I love it

I absolutely love to be able to meet people that support the band
Or meet people through new interests
Whether it be food or martial arts, or something
I-I think it′s, it's very important that people learn how to integrate with
I′m not saying integrate with the herd
But integrate with people who share common interests
Whether that be metal, or food, or art, or movies, or whatever that is
And suffocating sight it's, it′s a difficult one to read through
Because that's something that I′ve really struggled with my entire life
