Grey or Blue Songtext
von Schnauser

One in the eye for a hope of happiness
Sick of the sight reflecting back from the wall
Open the blinds, no reason to get up and
Trudge into work when grey pervades everything

Every night I drink to simulate having fun
I′m drowning out the darkness and the rain best I can

Visitors are speaking in the tongue of the land
So why would inspiration disappear with the grey?

Grey or blue, which would you choose?

Sun in my eyes, nothing to complain about
Clear blue sky, prescription not needed here
Happiness found, compassionate spirit in this
Beautiful land where everyone helps you out

Every pizza that you eat will make your top ten
Sitting in the sun drinking wine with your friends

Visitors are speaking in the tongue of their choice
So why would inspiration disappear with the grey?

Grey or blue, which would you choose?

Life is too short to make the most out of a
Situation that can only bring you down
It's really greener on the other side, you won′t cry
You won't moan, you won't frown
Life is too short to make the most out of a
Situation that can only bring you down
It′s really greener on the other side, you won′t cry
You won't moan, you won′t frown

Grey or blue, which would you choose?
