Manifest rebirth

The grave we dug fits nicely around our eroded concrete coffin
Even when it′s all so clear it's still all or nothing
Presented as evolution but it was a snake amongst the wolves
Ecological crisis
Biological crime scene

I, the trader
Curiosity for greed

New tribes I shall defeat

From such a distance the Earth might not seem like much more than a pixel on a black screen
A single speck of light emerging from a vast dark matter sea
It's easy to forget that we look at our home
The places where we've been
Where we all were born
The people who we got to meet, got to know, got to love and had to let go
Every wish that was granted but also every life that was shattered


The countless paths that have been carved through unimaginable obstacles
The evolution from a single cell to an intelligent weapon of mass destruction and everlasting hunger for power that kept reinventing itself
Every woman that was forced to give birth
Every unwanted child that was forced to comply
Every child that died of hunger in the same hour in which the next billion was celebrated
Every soldier that lost their life in a war fought from behind a desk
Every rise and fall from the highest pedestal
From the moment the first of us emerged from the waters to the moment the last of us went up as ashes in the wind
It′s all there
