School Songtext
von Milkshake

I really love the weekend
I do a lot of things
I love to dance
I like to go out walking
And think up songs to sing

I got a backyard filled with all my toys
I run around and I make a lot of noise

But I can′t wait to get back to school
No matter what other kids say
I have a lot of fun
When we're learning things here at school
I bet anyone can see
We have a lot of fun

I have really great teachers
Who are never, ever mean

Yeah, but what about Mrs. Snitch?

I know New York and California
And all the states between
How many begin with the letter A?

I can tell you all the colors of the rainbow
I understand just what makes the moon glow

And I can′t wait to get back to school
No matter what other kids say
I have a lot of fun
When we're learning things here at school
I bet anyone can see
We have a lot of fun

I'm not saying it′s easy
You know there are times
I really want to go to the playground
When I′d rather not read, write, or memorize

Mom, I have to practice baseball
But I love music, math, and art

Putting things together
And taking them apart

I can't wait to get back to school
No matter what other kids say
I have a lot of fun
When we′re learning things here at school
I bet anyone can see
We have a lot of fun

Yeah, here at school

Hey Michael, if you add up all the
Numbers on a clock, guess what you get?
Um, 72
Yeah, and it's my grandmother′s age
Okay, Lisa, what is the capital of the United States?
Washington
That's a state
D.C.?
That′s right
Yeah

Let's go to school, Mike
