I've seen that look in your eyes
I recognise what it′s for
I′ve seen it in reflective shop windows
And in bathroom mirrors before
It still surprises me
What it's done to me
And how it′s taken a hold
It choked me 'til I was

I knew this guy who was on this diet

'I′ve got a plan
We could replace every second meal with a high protein shake.'
I′m the sort of guy who eats all his feelings
And there were far too many feelings I ate
All I hear is 'Love yourself if you really want to get into shape.'
How am I supposed to love myself when I look at my own body with hate?
