There hung a crescent moon
To light the view
But you didn′t whisper the words
When the moment arose

You find your tongue so tied
Your words escape and hide
But she's is patient and kind
She′s prepared to read your mind
That's all very well until you find
Because of the wine you drank
Your mind is just a blank
