Fast, like in restless dreams
The silence before the violence

When their eyes flick open
They will clench their fists
They will be born with hunger
And unquenchable bloodthirst!

Frightening to behold
Twice the size of a man
Scales like iron mail, clawed hands
Build to instil fear in human hearts
