I take a step beside myself
And prepare to pass this test
Letting go I peer down the well
My face below the water′s surface
Willingly I surrender
And become as my reflection
Awakening in a dark pool
With a cross standing in its center


Coiled around the cross a serpent
The guardian of the golden fleece
This is where my final challenge awaits
With my sickle I cut off its head
And from the wound sprout two in its stead
One of which disarms me the other bites my leg
Scales burn my skin as it slithers 'round my neck
Thrusts its tail down my throat cutting my breath
With talons tearing even after death
Flaying the skin off of my head
Rent piecemeal
My body′s cast down the depths

Dismembered in accordance to the rule of harmony
