The Container Songtext
von Isak Strand vs. TOE

Drifting on the current way to go
Bet we′ll end up somewhere sunny
I really hope this raft don't overflow
When there′s stormy weather, hurricanes up ahead
So hold on to your head

On this tin can island in the middle of the sea
Maybe this container contains more than you can see
Can you see how far just by looking at the stars
Looking at the stars
Looking at the stars

Feeding on the feeling that a sailor will save us
Through are suffering we've gained both tans and sneakers
No port in sight no insight bout what's left and right
But stars onboard on starboard side
Yes it seems like we talked pretty much everything over
Under bare poles and no-one knows the course we′re on
If you let me lean in a little bit closer
We′re just bags of meat and water

On this tin can island in the middle of the sea
Maybe this container contains more than you can see
Can you see how far just by looking at the stars
Looking at the stars
Looking at the stars
Looking at the stars
