Orange Guitar Amp Songtext
von Glow

Once upon a time, I thought she could be mine
I couldn′t let her go, she had a special glow
She came to me and said, musicians drive her mad
Took lessons from a friend, bought an orange guitar amp
I practiced all the time, and then I almost got the chords
I started with a rhyme, and soon I wrote a lot of words

I saw her standing there, she was just everywhere

Once upon a time, I thought she could be mine
I couldn't let her go, she had a special glow
She came to me and said, musicians drive her mad
Took lessons from a friend, bought an orange guitar amp
Skipped work and dinner time, yes I worked until late at night
Like poets I drank wine, to write for her was sheer delight

I saw her standing there, she was just everywhere

Once upon a time, I thought she could be mine
I couldn′t let her go, she had a special glow
She came to me and said, musicians drive her mad
Took lessons from a friend, bought an orange guitar amp

I saw her standing there, she was just everywhere

Softly I closed my eyes, and thought that she's so nice

Once upon a time, I thought she could be mine
I couldn't let her go, she had a special glow
She came to me and said, musicians drive her mad
Took lessons from a friend, bought an orange guitar amp

I was hurt so long, cause when I played her song
She said she likes the amp, but she′s in love with her girlfriend
