Red Asphalt Songtext
von Exhumed

The rear view mirrors were cracked and stained
A route that soon begins again
Bleeding out past the horizon′s line
A road map of our dark design

Accident or negligence?
Or just unlucky circumstance?
A split of brain, a trail cut
Death by impact or a thousand cuts?

Red asphalt
We paint, we paint
Red asphalt
We paint, we paint
Red asphalt
A wrong turn towards a screeching end
Red asphalt
A crash to death just around the bend

Take the next turn for the worst
A dead end, speed for the worst
Burned out lights, you burn the lights
With screaming wheels peeled off your face
The pavement's true, we break the bones
You were caught, we call that a home
A perfect match, a perfect fate
Now our kingdom′s at high octane

To make a madness a tragedy
Each mile a travesty
Paint the life even seen
A testament to what's in blood's array
A road map to an early grave
We′ll crush the rest, your fearless fate
You painted a bloody paint
A work of death and shallow lines

Red asphalt
Red asphalt
Red asphalt
