Some days come quicker than you thought you

Time can be thin but it′s always thicker when you think that it's slow
And hours pass only as fast as you′ll let yourself let them go

I had a day that stayed a week, a week a year
I feel some months are jumbled into just one day
And when I thought about it, I decided when I tried it
I could make time go away

That′s how I know you gotta live for now

Some nights last
And other times I find my mind lets them go way too fast
It′s just the kind of thing that really gets
Me going when I can't find a piece of past
And memory′s got this disease like sandwood seas off a piece of glass
