I woke from my sleep
Of infinite hours
Now darkness will creep
To my sacred power
With wax I built
This bringer of fire
Nevermore unfulfilled
The human desire


Seduced by the wick
It′s beauty unfurled
The candle I lick
And merge with my world
The walls whisper destiny
A bigger plant, a bigger pot
Small minds fail to see
If this is my creation
Then who is god?

And the candle said burn
