So Clear Songtext
von Big Wreck

It′s so clear
Looking at it from the upside in
It's so near
In front of us now
The first up the ladder is always the first to fall
It′s so clear
In front of us now
Well, the world, it lets you down again
You feel that it owes you more
And while you burn it down again
You're back where you were before
You're still waiting for your ever after
I′ll put it in a letter before I forget
Did you ever really think of how much you regret?
Your younger years are wild, you haven′t tamed your pet
Your knight in shining armor is tarnished and red
So clear
Looking at it from the top side down
So near
You're close to it now

Oh, the celebration′s over
This has happened to you before
You're still waiting for your ever after
While you′re fading, fading away
Running away from something
It's gotta reflect in the rearview closer than it appears
I′ve never understood it, I couldn't connect the spilt milk
It's quite alright if your script has failed
It′s not alright, the walls you built
Another night for the birds eye
You′re still waiting for your ever after
And you're fading, you′re fading away
Oh, first up the ladder, first one to fall
How could you fall so far?
First up the ladder, first one to fall
Look at you fall so far
You're still fading
You′re fading away
You're fading away
You′re fading away
It's so clear
It's so clear
It′s so clear
You′re fading away
You're fading away
