Bank′s overdrawn again
Gas light's been on for two damn days
And I can′t keep this garden green
Feeling stuck in between
The thorns on a wild rose bouquet

Step out of time

I guard the light

Call it self preservation
A needed a vacation
That doesn't cost me a dime
A Kaleidoscope haze
Delusional gaze
Glossing right over my eyes

Can′t find where they hide the truth
A silver spoon won′t make it any sweeter
