Goals involve quite a bit. So many people are under the illusion that
You know, you just write it down and that′s it. But there's
Considerably more to it than that. You need to, first of all
Understand that without that commitment to the goal and the direction
That you′re going to take, and the process that you're going to take
The what you've got to consider important and what is not important

And it starts with the fact the way you see yourself. What is that
Image? Dr. Joyce Brothers says you cannot consistently perform in a
Manner which is inconsistent with the way you see yourself. So yes
