In the bag is a strawberry jam
A sandwich, a book, and a candle
You bob left and then right with your step
Your eyes are shut for the rhythm

I reach up and around your shoulder
And when I do you turn to look at me. I say
"Hey that night felt like we couldn′t have known

I barely knew, I was resting upon it
And I couldn′t see you standing above me
I collapsed and my eyes pressed into
My hands and my nose ran down my lips


When my eyes opened up, I was propped
The grass in the park with a blanket
But no one could have seen me sobbing
At least it seemed I was the only one there, there

When you see a big part of your life
Held up in A dark cloud
A tired wilting garden
It reflects through everything else
And the sand comes rushing into
What used to be a statue
A severed simple snake's head
And when the pain removes it

I wanna hear the secret
It's looking like a movie
I said to play it backwards
Cuz the sneakers start to move me


I′m walking on the old grass
Where the secret started blossoming
A freaky footy entrance
