I see paintings on my walls
Images of life that fade away
Wooden frames grow old the tints turn to grey
How many paints in the attic
Are locked up in a chest, have I lost the key?
How many lost memories are waiting for me?

I close my eyes, my life strays in the night
With a brush I look for a light

I am a lonely painter
Misunderstood drawer
Tortured soul I paint death
Will I let dust and time cover it all?


Can dust and time blacken my paints?
Not if I find the key

The key I drew dived into me
Colors and shapes
Came back to life
My works are my soul
Even though I′m blind
