Trees that have sheltered
Now cut to the ground
They no longer whisper
As they′re dragged over ancestors burial mound
Split and flayed, their beauty revealed
The nails bind the wood, a doublet complete

A casket for the body
A journey for the soul
In these landscapes of death
The return to home


Light and shadows move side by side
A life without shadows is a lifeless ride
All colors faded, a kingdom in decay
The loved ones long gone, their spirits
Chase awayThe needle certainly breaks
As pale as winter's
Night has become day
The path has bled way
Home to the ground
Echos of animal screams
Nature′s morning sound
The mountains grey of sorrow
The rivers run dry
The shadows come full circle
Death embraced life
