All around me, felt like rain, you could smell it comin′ in the grass.
I saw lightnin' I saw rain.
Heard the thunder down below.
When I heard that, wind on the mountain, and my blood ran cold.
An' it was singin′ awoooooooo-oooooooo-oooo-ooo . So we went climbin′ higher and higher, on up into the clouds.
An' it was snowing up on Georgia Pass, and we could not find our way down.
Will I lay my bones to rest, shiver out in the pines.
When I heard that wind on the mountain, hummin′ like a funeral cloud.
