Something Good Songtext
von The Lagoons

On an island with nowhere to go
All the time, but it′s moving slow
Need a friend to help make it move along
Sending signals to the ship at sea
Hoping someone will notice me
I've been praying that someone will pick me up

Tell me something good, I need a friend
I′m feeling lonely needing you when
Nothing else is good, and I'm in a bend
I come looking for you

Tell me something good, I need a friend
I'm feeling lonely needing you when
Nothing else is good
I come looking for you

Saw my signal now, you′re on the way but
There′s a storm brewing in the bay
Might have to wait another day until you pick me up

Bonfires and sugar canes and
Palm trees and abandoned planes
I'm getting faded everyday from 9 to 5

Tell me something good, I need a friend
I′m feeling lonely needing you when
Nothing else is good, and I'm in a bend
I come looking for you

Tell me something good, I need a friend
I′m feeling lonely needing you when
Nothing else is good
I come looking for you

Tell me something good
