Scratchin’ Songtext
von The Fleas

Well I′m in love with you and I know it's real
But I can′t explain the way I feel
I get so nervous and I start to twitch
Whenever you're near I begin to itch
Oh I scratch and I scratch till I turn all red
I itch from my feet to the top of my head

Scratchin', scratchin′, I can′t quit
Scratchin', scratchin′, I have a fit
Itchin', itchin′s all I do
And the only thing'll stop it is a kiss from you

Well I keep on a-thinkin′ about our first date
I was itchin' for a kiss but I had to wait
There were so many people just standin' around
I was itchin′ and a-scratchin′ like a flea bed hound
Well I grabbed your hand and we ran for the door
And when you give me that kiss I didn't itch no more

Scratchin′, scratchin', I can′t quit
Scratchin', scratchin′, I have a fit
Itchin', itchin's all I do
And the only thing′ll stop it is a kiss from you

Scratchin′, scratchin', I can′t quit
Scratchin', scratchin′, I have a fit
Itchin', itchin′s all I do
And the only thing'll stop it is a kiss from you
