It′s been a long time
My mind is aching
Worn out by the incessant nagging of a fait accompli

You once said
If the heavens were made of ice
You would be all that is nice and beautiful in this world
Like the tiles in the Hotel de Nesle
I carry their color in my knight of hearts
And watch the sky as it parts into tiny fragments
Floating past my stupid eyes stupefied

Let's dance night or day
Get the tank and drive
It's been a long time
My bodys burning
Blown apart by the relentless reminding of an act best forgot


As I fall into the lap of fate
The stars mean nothing
I leave them all to you
Instead when I look up above
There are black velvet starfish melting into celestial spheres
Lunatic dolphins orbiting inflamed planets
An octopus pulsating with pure cosmic kicks
And amongst the craters where the ash has turned to soil
Little shrubs are slowly showing green leaves to the world

Love come and goes
It gets thrown away
You find another one and all is fine
So why ask me why
I′m gone and far away
Riding intergalactic aurora
Merging with rocketmen galore
Into space
Out of myself
It′s fun time
