I just got in from my mathematics retake
Doing it again ′cause I failed it the first time
I worked so flipping hard, every night, every day
But I guess in the end it didn't matter anyway

I just failed my maths exam today (it′s okay)
Didn't want to go to uni anyway (no thank you)

For my preparation I did every paper
The questions in the textbook - not a problem
I know what to do so what went so wrong?
Every single question just took way too long

I thought that the papers were meant to be consistent
But nothing prepared me for that
A nasty long proof that nobody knew
Hated mechanics and calculus too
