Wintergreen Central Songtext
von Shaun Halverson

It started six feet apart in the lockdown haze
Just some lonely souls lookin′ for better days
Pulled out the coolers, lit up the flame
Backyard therapy, yeah, we all came
From porch to patio, we found our crew
Now every sunset's got that golden hue

At Wintergreen Central, where the laughter flows
Stories get louder as the daylight goes
Cocktail tasting, the mango burn
Flaming butt-holes, man, we′ll never learn!
Raise a glass, forget control
This is life at Wintergreen Central

Beer flights spinning from Monica's tray
Matt's"research" sites made us look away
Kristen′s tales got Shaun cryin"Lord!
While Lindsay′s stories left us floored
Talkin' lightbulbs, hoo-haas, and who even knows
Just another night where the wild wind blows

At Wintergreen Central, the drinks don′t quit
The jokes too dirty, the laughs too lit
Cam and Jason, that red light zone
Swingin' lovebirds in their pleasure dome!
We might be grown, but we′ve lost control
This is life at Wintergreen Central

From ball washing in the bird bath bowl
To secrets spilled with no self-control
We've seen it all, and through it all we′ve learned
It's the friends that make the world turn

Ohh-ohh, grab your chair, pull in tight
The fire's warm and the stars shine bright
Ohh-ohh, in this backyard glow
Ain′t no place else we′d rather go!

Yeah, Wintergreen Central, our sacred space
Where the madness meets the human race
From shutdown blues to the afterglow
We built a tribe and we made it grow
So here's to the nights that feed the soul
Long live Wintergreen Central!

Yeah, raise ′em high for the stories told
The laughter, love, and liquid gold
Forever young, forever bold
Down on Wintergreen Central.
