He reigns from the beginning of time
Between the fog and the dying spirits
His shadow has no reflection
The blood has dried from his veins

His forgotten castle′s
Like a labyrinth to every unwanted guest
His name must not be said
By any tongue, in any language

Time has never touched him
But this is his curse
He was deprived of what he loved
And now he deprives of life and hope

With fire and terror he avenges every day
For what was taken from him by force
Sometimes a human - sometimes an animal
His need for blood remains the same


Death brings life
And eternal life demands many deaths
The night feeds those
Whom the day has left forever behind

Transformed into beast
Because he wasn't respected as human being
From the dungeons and the crypts
Weakened screams are still heard

Souls separated from bodies
Wait eternally for salvation
Stakes full of dry blood
Standing still and cold

Hanging cages from the ceiling
Staring outside the windows
God cowardly turns his gaze away
From these heathen mountains

His faithful made the wrong decision
In the temple they served
Νo cross is capable of sanctifying the unholy

Νo prayer is enough to offer peace to destruction
Οnce a mortal, now he lives eternally
