Elevate Songtext
von Seedheads

Amplify my drive, Elevate my life
Taking drastic measures and I′m reaching for new heights
Storms will come and go but I'm never giving in
Searching for the door I′m gonna finish with the win
Cuz once you release all the weight from the past
You'll come to find out you'll start rising up fast
I don′t do it for the wealth but for peace in my mind
I don′t listen to the people say I'm wasting my time

No sir, it won′t change, it's my decision
I′ve made up my mind, it has been written
No sir, it won't change, it′s my decision
I've made up my mind, it has been

Elevate, Elevate
Elevate!
Elevate, Elevate

I come from the land, I've lived in the dark
Oh Father let me come through
The quicker we push, the more love we lose
We′re sentenced to our own doom, our own doom
I′ve felt the waves, they've set me free
To reach this step just feel the light
I hope that you can see
I′ve seen the clouds in overcast
We are enough, just show your love
Forget the past

No sir, it won't change, it′s my decision
I've made up my mind, it has been written
No sir, it won′t change, it's my decision
I've made up my mind, it has been

Elevate, Elevate
Elevate!
Elevate, Elevate

Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah (oh!)
So Elevate your mind, in this time, who was last shall be first
It is the humble and the meek who believe that′s inheriting the Earth
So Father make them secure (make them secure)
Go seek and you′ll find cuz He is waiting right there
And if your heart is pure (your heart is pure)
You'll see the most High, nothing can compare
Live up!
This is not a test it is your life and so
Get up!
You only have one chance to get it right and don′t
Give up!
This physical existence is a battlefield
Don't get it twisted, very soon, the secrets shall reveal
And I (aye aye aye aye)
I know that life is what you make
Look to the sky (aye aye aye aye)
It′s time to Elevate!

No! It won't change, it′s my decision
I've made up my mind, it has been written
No sir, it won't change, it′s my decision
I′ve made up my mind, it has been

Elevate, Elevate
Elevaaaate!
Elevate, Elevate
