Clinched at the fist my hands begins to sweat
My walking shoes are tired and I haven′t started yet
My jacket smells of smoke as I like another cigarette
My mind is already tired I haven't woken up yet no
Another day goes by me
Looking in the mirror
Looking back at me
I recognize this person
At an unfamiliar age
Walking around this town people saying hi
I don′t think I know them wait yet maybe I do
Stranger things have happened but I can't remember when
Is this a slight return to somewhere I've never been or have I
Mind is in a daze


How they go passing bye
Would somebody tell me the answer to the why
Im mindless
Walking two steps from insanity
And three steps off the floor
I see distance too the sun
But still I′m getting burnt
My stomach tied in knots
Somehow I never learn
If God is in my mind
Why can′t he figure out
The reason for my enmity
Star-crossed
Tongue twisted and tired
