Stockholder's Meeting Songtext
von Schematic

There are some people talking about my business
Like they′re a shareholding stock in a company that's lost its way
I guess that altogether there′s no
Difference if you've been round the block
There will always be a lot of complaints
But I've been getting down like a funky chicken
Who′s been swinging with the dog all day
I′m gonna take it when it's mine
I′ll have to shake it off every time
And when the moment's right
I′ll bring it to the board with a warning
People call me crazy like they've been to the ward
And they′ve watched me walk away from my sane
But when it starts to phase me and the bedroom boys
We plug in our guitars and play
We've been rockin' hard while the dogs been sleeping I know you think that sounds absurd
But I don′t give a damn about what you′re thinking
If you're only here to flip us the bird
I′m gonna take it when it's mine
I′ll have to shake it off every time
And when the moment's right
I′ll bring it to the board with a warning
I'm gonna take it when it's mine
I′ll have to shake it off every time
I don′t mind
I guess I'll sing it one more time
I don′t mind
When I get the chance I know I'll have to
Bring it to the board with a warning
I′m done
