Judgement Songtext
von Sam Carson

Judgement Songtext

Cause you′re looking at the floor
Sun is gone, it's raining more
Your reflection is pristine
Are you good, or are you mean?
As you assess your brain
You begin to go insane
All the things you′ve done to others
Make you want yourself to change
You began to judge my hair
Nose and smile, my eyes too
You say they are generic
Mine are brown, and yours are blue
And it's what you're thinking now
Cause you′ve changed, so you say
But we won′t forget your actions
Til you say that we're okay

Cause you′re looking at the floor
Sun is gone, it's raining more
Your reflection is pristine
Are you good, or are you mean?
As you assess your brain
You begin to go insane
All the things you′ve done to others
Make you want yourself to change
You began to judge my hair
Nose and smile, my eyes too
You say they are generic
Mine are brown, and yours are blue
And it's what you′re thinking now
Cause you've changed, so you say
But we won't forget your actions
Til you say that we′re okay

While you′re staring at the ground
We'll run up and kick you down
You thought you were above us
Now we′re not playing around
And you wish you were dead
As we kick you in the head
The laughter cycle round the room
The pointing and the stares
Misunderstanding
You say is what it was
There was blood, there was dirt
Bend your knees, beg and plead
It's about time
Reconcile, make things right
So it′s my turn for fun
So we end with a goodnight

While you're staring at the ground
We′ll run up and kick you down
You thought you were above us
Now we're not playing around
And you wish you were dead
As we kick you in the head
The laughter cycle round the room
The pointing and the stares
Misunderstanding
You say is what it was
There was blood, there was dirt
Bend your knees, beg and plead
It's about time
Reconcile, make things right
So it′s my turn for fun
So we end with a goodnight
