Piles of bleeding flagellants adjoin with hate
Dogmas of the blade, ritually observed
Worn asphalt marked with voices of the unheard

Molting in schemes created by impious minds
Reborn through venomous, unseen binds
Frailty unleashed upon those who may oppress
What is there to trust when you can have all the rest?

We are emptiness enshrined
Failed by false peers, we join the blind
Manifest depleting worth
Vast blood offerings to the earth

Life has meant less with every passing year
The lure of bloodshed now overwhelms my fear
And so here I stand, your final arbiter of pain
An end feels close now, a release from the mundane

In rhythmic thrall they cede
Watch as they cry out in need
