Finally arrived, as I sit there looking down
Staring at a map, well now I′m in the center of town
Not sure if it's my first stop or my last
Never thought I′d live long enough to worry 'bout my past

Lord knows I left a trail of tales
And damage that'll live beyond my years
Lord knows I let a lot of people down
And they didn′t follow me to this town

Crazy times and hard living, think I′ve had enough
Crazy how I could hate something that I loved so much
Well, sometimes the nights, they turn into days
Then you wake up, trying to piece together your wicked ways


Now that I'm here, should I stay or leave?
And trust me brother, this ain′t a good place to be
Filling up at the corner dive with my only friend
Yeah, a friend in a bottle is a friend that'll kill you in the end
