Couldn′t sleep, it was 2 A.M
And the shadows on my wall
Were reaching out, trying to touch my face
I couldn't move at all
So I thought that I should run and hide
Inside the closet in my hall
But with all the fear inside
I couldn′t leave across

Shadows creeping on my ceiling
They come in the night when I'm sleeping
Just like a ghost, I feel so lost
Don't you know that I can′t move, I got no feeling
They slide down the wall like a demon
The night is lost, just like a ghost


Found myself in dirty water
Way in over my head
No way out, the more I think about it
I sink to the bottom instead
I can′t think of any other way
There's no use screaming out for help
And if I could delay the pain
I might change my mind again
