Chase the Sun Songtext
von Robbie Mortimer

Sometimes I want to run away
Fast forward, pause and replay
Run from the faces in the crowd
When the sun wakes up they aint gone be around

You put your head upon my shoulder
Said "will you love me when we′re older?"
You said your wings are broken I can help you fly
Just dont leave my world behind

So take a chance do we stay or run?
Our new life has just begun
My cheeks are black and blue, but I'm on the run with you
Yeah we were born to chase the sun

So we dont need to badge and gun
Love feels better when it′s on the run
She had to lose herself so that she could be found
And the way to do that is to leave this town

So take a chance do we stay or run?
Our new life has just begun
My cheeks are black and blue, but I'm on the run with you
Yeah we were born to run
Yeah yeah we were born to chase the sun

And has the sun started to rise
Well the tears filled up your eyes
And id love to run away with you
Kissed your forehead and we went on with our lives

So take a chance do we stay or run?
Our new life has just begun
My cheeks are black and blue, but I'm on the run with you
Yeah we were born to chase the sun

So take a chance do we stay or run?
Our new life has just begun
My cheeks are black and blue, but I′m on the run with you
Yeah we were born to run
Yeah we were born to chase the sun
We were born to chase the sun
