I carved a headstone
Here lies another sleepless night
I tried to bury the bones
Of all the memories
You left behind

Guess I'll spend the rest of my life

You left a novel by your chair
That I can′t bear to put away
Your eyes in this photo still follow me
Even though the edge is frayed


The clock is counting
Days and hours and seconds
Since you left
Guess the only place,
Where time is on my side,
Is in my head
