Dream chasing

Tearing it all down to the foundation


You cannot simply
Barge your way into someone else's life
Aiming to remake them in your image
And you can′t spend your days just struggling
Trying to figure out how you can fit into
Someone else's dream, even when it seems
It just might be worth pretending
Careful what you wish for in this world
There ain't too many happy endings

No one′s angry
No hard feelings
These things happen
To humans being
On their entangled journeys
No maps, no signage
A compass bearing
A darkened highway

Stargazing

Cruise into the night, no destination
