There! On the hill that looks over the town
A big mansion was built by a man
Who's arrived from a place far away
That nobody has heard of before

He lived in, doors were locked from inside
they were out and inside couldn't see
forced to add to the truth fantasy
thought a ghost used to hide

Oh! Someone thought "there's a ghost in the house!"
With no courage but fear they met up
everyone will concern growing up
all the fears raised the rage

clubs and forks brought the men on the hill
and they strained for the door tumbled down
To discover the truth


"Who's he?
Why did he never get off that house?
Maybe he has...
Something to hide, an awful mystery inside.
He's a menace?"

All the people came out of the house
Wandering on the visions they had

Oh, all the fear they had of something new
That belonged to a world they ignored
Was the dread they all felt for themselves
and the fear of the unknown

"Nonsense!
Had someone really lived in that house?
It's a nightmare!
Was there any true mistery hidden inside?
Any menace?!"
