She tasted loss too young
First her Father then her Mum
But she held on

At their grave she made her choice
She moved in with her new boy

And by herself she raised her three

After a while she met Dad
And in a year I was had

He was kind and soft at first
After my sister he got worse

She can't knit or crochet
But she bakes all our favourite cakes
