The Pilgrimage Is Over Songtext
von Plain Ride

we were brave
and spectacular cowboys and girls
and yet we failed
the journey somehow
there was none to blame
there was none to blame
a subtle change in the weather
a subtle change in the atmosphere

we were brave
determined and sincere
we were thistles in bloom
our ragged gowns
were stomped on the ground
as the crowd went home
as the crowd went home
the pilgrimage is over
the pilgrimage is done today
it seems we didn′t find god
but we found a killer riff
