Abide, the selfish rule of one
No warming light, hidden from the sun
Wretched beast, endless maze
Why bring your hate down on me?
I hide in empty rooms
Afraid of what′s to come
Those bloody hands
Ripping from my flesh
Merciless claws Rid me of innocence
I know it o so well
The warm sting of a trusted knife
I drape myself in silken skin
For it will hold me tight, the way you never have
And no one can see the scars on my meager flesh
Forlorn on the darkest of days
Though it will never take the pain, not to this day
I see it bleeding through, staining my pale shell
