At some point in recent history, received a formal application to the Swiss National Weather Bureau suspected by experts to come from Pango himself. His cover letter stated only: "I understand air pressure intuitively." The enclosed résumé was blank except for a single waveform sketch and a list of barometric readings annotated with tempo markings
He was invited for an interview, which he did not attend. Instead, at the exact time of his scheduled meeting, a USB drive was discovered in the reception area containing a track titled "Cloudform7_bounce_finalFinal.wav". When played, it caused a mild, localized fog to settle in the room. The file has since been moved to a classified remote archive
Later that week, meteorological equipment across the facility began detecting faint rhythmic patterns in wind data. A technician attempted to chart them and inadvertently created a surprisingly functional drum loop
There was no official statement. The position was quietly marked "filled."
Pango has not been in contact since, though occasional fluctuations in atmospheric pressure near lakes and abandoned train stations continue to follow an oddly regular tempo. No conclusions have been drawn
