I watch the eastern sun rise
Turning the sky to red
Blood falls on the kingdom of lies

The swiftness of blood surrounds me

By a demon′s phantom, intent to eschew the bloodline
Yearning a spiritual disconnection
To switch from what's rejected to annihilation

Eyes to the sky, I watch as the sun dies
Bleeding, taken with a mirage of setting light
I claw in resistance to the blood tide
But my will is broken, surrounded in darkness

It's coming from my veins
Cold fire is burning
Burning through the veins that have charred my heart
God of newness
