The Giant Songtext
von Noekk

Beyond the heavens
Reigns the giant with no name:
Driving before him
With ferocious blows
Fire and ice, coldness and dust,
Shattering the planets,
Igniting new suns.
Hunting in circles The spheres of the sky,
He hurls his creation
Into the abyss!
His humans have lived
In perpetual fear:
On their altars they sacrifice
Blood and tears!

Convulsive echoes lash
At the walls of the canyon.
The imperious gesture
Of the tempest′s blast
Had the power to hurl down
Towering cathedrals
Of erratic rocks.
